VIEW OF HUMAN NATURE
Ha har therapy view the human personality of the person and focuses to the experiences that the personal encounter that can affect the behavior of the person in those experiences. In this therapy, it views that the person or the individual can change their behavior depend to the experience they encounter.
Like in person-centered therapy, it is also focuses on the experiences of the people but in the behavior for these experience holds that the behavioral changes evolves from within the person rather than through the manipulation of the environment.
Har har therapy recognized that the human beings have different personalities that can affect also their behavior in this therapy. It believes that the human have positive and negative side of the personality, the positive side of personality the person their self is "inggit" to others
DEVLOPMENT OF HUMAN BEHAVIOR
In this maladaptive behavior, we need to explain to our client that the problems that they encounter it can be their experiences. No matter what the problems they encounter, all of those have a purpose. The client may know first what they should do. If I do that, may I feel good. The client learns how to develop their self-concept based on how well their experiences match those expectations.
FUNCTION OF THE THERAPIST
In the Har har therapy, the role of the therapist is to encourage their clients to reintegrate their self-actualizing and self-valuing. The therapist may use advocacy, empathy, concern, interest, and reflection. For our client to know their self.
Here, as a counselor, we give advice to our client for them to know what they should do and to realize them that every problems that they encounter have purpose and for them to do not do obstacle in their life but in inspiring their self.
GOALS OF THERAPY
The aim of the therapy is to help the client to solve problems and assist them in their problem no matter what are their problems it have purpose they need to do is to be strong to what problems they encountered to explain to them in that experience, they can be inspiration. So that, no matter what are they problems will know that they already can.
The goal of the Har har therapy can be taught of as two, the first is moving from the self is not, means that no matter what your problems, yourself is need the family to help you in that problem. Second, moving one's true self. No matter what is your experience, be true to yourself and accept who you are, because you know in yourself that you have skills that can help you for those problems.

An 18 years old male have a problem it is all about his personality so that it can affect to his behavior so as the therapist we should realize in our client that the problem he have, he can past and do not give up in his problem it have purpose or you asked some questions like what you should do? Or what do you feel? So that our client can realize on his self that he can past that trials or problems that he encounters.
